Boston Common

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Towers, Boston Common, the 40-story mixed-use development spanning two city blocks in downtown Boston, houses a 191-rom, five-star Ritz-Carlton hotel, a 19-screen state-of-the-art Loews Cineplex with over 4,700 seats and seven private viewing rooms, a Sports Club/ LA fitness and spa facility, flagship retail space, 309 extravagant condominiums in two towers, and 63 rental and extended stay residential units-shopping, entertainment, fitness and residences into one magnificent development.

The first tower features the new 191-room Ritz-Carlton hotel, 150 condominiums, a 100,000 square foot sports club and a 19-screen Loews Theater Cineplex.

The second tower houses the remaining 159 condominiums, as well as 63 extended-stay apartments. Both buildings are clad in gray granite, glass, and metal panel.

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel

The 191-room Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common, provides guests with a variety of accommodations from which to choose ranging from a 425 square foot deluxe room to the luxurious 1,680 square foot Presidential Suite, which features mast suite, kitchen and dining rooms, study, a gas fireplace and magnificent view of the park. All guests enjoy the amenities including 24-hour room service, housekeeping, shoeshine, laundry, morning newspaper, massage therapist and baby-sitting services.

The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton Towers

The 309 luxury condominiums range from 1,084 square foot one bedroom units to a 4,703 square foot four bedroom penthouse. Although enjoying all the amenities of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, the Residences have separate entrances and private lobbies.
