Millennium Place
Millennium Place is one of Boston’s newest luxury condo developments. The building is centrally located in downtown and within walking distance to Chinatown, Downtown Crossing, Theater District, Financial District, and the Boston Common. Residents, therefore, have access to all of the necessary amenities and more. With all of the services offered within the building, however, you may never have to leave.

Millennium Place offers public areas where residents can spend time outside of their home. These include an owner’s lounge, wine tasting/dining room, screening room, and children’s room where you can entertain family and friends for special events or even on a daily basis. In partnership with Sports Club L.A., Millennium Place also offers a fully equipped private fitness center with Pilates and yoga studios and on demand access to personal training. For a quick escape to the outdoors, you can enter the artfully designed courtyard garden. Other amenities include a full-service concierge, 24-hour valet parking, housekeeping services, and dog-walking and pet services.

The 15-story building is home to 256 residences ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms between 775 to 2360 square feet. Residences are designed with a variety of floor plans to complement the surrounding environment and location in the building. The Garden Residences overlook the courtyard, and on some levels offer outdoor terraces; Grand Residences are located on the corner of the building and are surrounded by windows, offering great views and abundant natural light; Theatre Residences overlook Washington Street; Residences on the Avenue have a view of Avenue de Lafayette; and, finally, on the top floor are Penthouse Residences with 9 rooftop gardens designed for urban gardening.

Features that residences share include custom entry doors, 5” wide ivory oak plank floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Kitchens have New Kashmir white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and American walnut cabinets on Rosario of New England. Bathrooms include soaking tubs and separate frameless glass stall showers.

Developed by Millennium Partners and designed by Handel Architects, Millennium Place offers more than luxury condos, it offers a community. To foster the sense of community, La Vie, a social network available to residents was created. Through fitness, food, travel, art, and culture events, the networks brings together residents with similar interests and help cultivate community.
